Our friendly technician can visit your home, set up your internet service, connect your devices and make sure your Wi-Fi is working where you need it most. We will also explain the basics before we leave, so you know how to connect new devices and what to check if something stops working.
Rates start from $99 per hour, minimum 1 hour. No separate call-out fee.
What we can help with
- Internet and router setup. We can connect and configure your router, check your fibre connection, set your Wi-Fi name and password, and confirm your service is working.
- Wi-Fi optimisation. Weak signal or dropouts in certain rooms? We can review your router location, test coverage and help set up mesh Wi-Fi or extenders where suitable.
- Printer and shared device setup. We can help connect wireless printers, scanners and other shared devices so they are available to the people who need them.
- Home office setup. We can help with basic work-from-home setup, including your laptop, printer, video calls, email and VPN connection where supported by your workplace.
- Smart home devices. We can assist with connecting supported smart speakers, cameras, doorbells and other smart home devices to your Wi-Fi.
- Troubleshooting Slow speeds, dropouts, router replacement or devices not connecting? We can help identify whether the issue is with the service, router, Wi-Fi coverage or device setup.
